Gingerbread and fig baked oats


I'm loving gingerbread oats at the moment and with the addition of figs it"s a dream.


INGREDIENTS

Oats- 50g

Vanilla vegan protein (I use awesome supplements ) -35g

Ground ginger- 1tsp

Ground cinnamon- 0.5 tsp

Half a mashed banana

Oat milk

1 x fresh fig


Toppings

Dried cranberries

Pecans

Chia seeds

Almond or peanut butter


Fruit syrup ( I use sweet freedom)

Mix all ingredients together top with the sliced fig and a drizzle of fruit syrup and place in an oven proof dish,

Bake at 180c for 30 minutes and top with the remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
