I’m in a bind with these watermarked photos I downloaded for a project. They look perfect—except for those huge, annoying marks! I tried editing them out manually, but it’s just too time-consuming. Someone mentioned dewatermark, saying it uses AI to remove even tricky watermarks. It sounds promising, but I’m a bit skeptical about how well it’ll work or if it’ll mess up the image quality. Have you ever tried something like this?

You know, I get the appeal of these tools—they’re quick and efficient—but I feel like they’re not always perfect. Sometimes the watermark is too embedded, and even AI leaves a trace that’s noticeable if you look closely. Plus, I think it’s important to double-check if you have permission to edit the photo. While it’s a lifesaver in many cases, I believe we need to stay cautious and use these tools responsibly.
